When I was trying to lose my 20kgs I had wasted hours and hours on exhausting, time consuming exercise- running, gym classes and bootcamps…
I thought the harder the exercise, the better it would be for weight loss.
Exercise just made me exhausted, wasted my time and my body never seemed to get any tighter or toned.
I had lost weight by doing the opposite of dieting…so what if I tried something new with my exercise?
I remember a woman at the gym who had the most incredible body I had ever seen.
