When you diet, you starve your body of nutrients.
The first step in breaking the diet cycle is to eat more to give your body what it needs.
The best way to start giving your body what it needs is through lots of pure, simple and fresh ingredients everyday.
As soon as you do this your metabolism gets a massive boost...
I'm not saying eat just lettuce and carrot sticks :-)
I discovered you can eat incredible meals when you just know how to do them right.
You don’t need to miss out on:
Muffins, Noodles, Bread, Peanut Butter, Potatoes, Wedges, Pizza, Spring rolls, Sossy rolls... You can have them all.
Even coffee as well.
Here are some of the recipes I created when I lost my 20kgs, and are now are part of my programs.
You also don't have to spend hours in the kitchen.
I absolutely love food and I love variety, but I'm not a chef.
I don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.
These are just simple everyday meals that are quick and easy to prepare, but they taste absolutely delicious.
