Why I tell people to Quit the Gym

A lot of people think the only way they could get into shape is to spend hours and hours in the gym…

and it is just not true...

I Quit the Gym and then Lost 20kgs

I remember the first time I ever went to the gym.

(this was before I lost my 20kgs)

I thought maybe the answer to getting into shape was joining a gym.

Walking in to the gym I was super self conscious.

I didn’t know what to do

Finally I decided to try the treadmill

I got on...

I started walking...

I turned up the speed and started running...

Then woooosh

I flew off the back onto the floor...

It was sooo embarrassing

No one even came over to help me…

Even after my terrible start I kept going to the gym for a long time.

Eventually I was spending hours at the gym every week

No matter how much time I spent there...I still never got the results I was longing for.

Finally I did lose those 20kgs... but only after I quit my gym and started working out at home.

I discovered that...

  • When you are unfit, 
  • or out of shape 

and this is especially true if you are over 30, 40 or 50…

Crazy hard workouts and hours and hours in the gym will just mess up your body.

There is a way you can exercise that works with your body.

It doesn't have to be time consuming or hard...

Fast forward to now...
Women all over the world follow my programs, and 80% of them work out at home...

They all use the simple workout structure I discovered that is far more effective than hours and hours of cardio.

Here is what I call a "set" from one of the workouts in my program.

If you can do 2 sets like this, 3 times per week, thats all you need to get started.

No two of my workouts are the same so my members never get bored and their bodies never adapt (so dont repeat the set above for a month! :-)
