I Quit the Gym and Lost 20 kgs

Hi there its Vix...today I am sharing how I lost 20 kgs after I quit the gym...

I remember the first time I ever went to the gym.

(this was before I lost my 20kgs)

I thought maybe the answer to getting into shape was joining a gym.

Walking into the gym I was super self conscious.

I didn’t know what to do

Finally I decided to try the treadmill...


I got on...

I started walking...

I felt pretty good...

So I turned up the speed and started running...

Then wooooshka

I flew off the back of the treadmill onto the floor...

It was sooo embarrassing...

No one even came over to help me.

Even after my terrible start I kept going to the gym for a long time.

Eventually I was spending hours at the gym every week

No matter how much time I spent there...I still never got the results I was longing for.

Eventually I quit my gym...but I never gave up on my dream of getting into shape.

Instead I started exercising at home.

Eventually I discovered a simple workout Method that is far more effective than hours and hours of cardio.

  • It was easy to fit my simple workouts into my busy day
  • I wasn't self conscious 
  • I didn't need any space
  • and I didn't heaps of equipment

I finally lost the 20kgs I wanted to lose for so long...

...and my tummy, hips, arms, thighs and butt all got toned.

Fast forward to now...
