I am a bit different to other “fitness gurus”.

I've actually been out of shape, and I struggled with my weight for a long time...

I've personally lost over 20 kilos.

And I love food :-)

Here is what used to happen every time I wanted to lose weight...

I would start a diet…it didn’t matter what one… they all turned out the same...

1. I would start off ok..

2. Then I would start getting hungry...

2. I would start getting cravings for all the wrong things...

Stuff I knew I shouldn't be having like cakes and chocolate and wine…

3. the cravings would become unbearable

4. eventually it would just be too much…I would give in and have a blowout

5. Then I would start over on Monday…

Every week would turn out the same

I call it the diet cycle… and I was stuck on it for years…

Finally I got results and changed my body...

when I stopped following everything the “weightloss” industry told me about calories and missing out on my favourite foods…

Instead of restricting foods I started creating delicious meals out of real food...

Instead of cutting calories I ate more...

Instead of skipping meals I ate often...

And the best thing happened...

It worked!!!

I lost 20kgs and I went from a tight size 14 to a loose size 8…

  • I wasn’t having cravings

  • I wasn’t feeling hungry all the time

  • I had more energy to do stuff…I just felt alive
